Well here we go. As I promised. My mission will begin. I have lived in chicago since birth, (1976) and I have yet to keep one promise I made myself. I promised myself that i was going to explore the city to find the best burger. After hearing all the hype from numerous people i narrowed my search to 3 locations. I will name them as I go. First, there will be KUMAS. I will start from the top of the Burger menu and work my way down. 22 total burgers on this menu. No! not at the same sitting. 1 burger a week. The first being the FAMOUS KUMA BURGER. I will blog about my experience from first bite, in between and to my last bite. Not in detail but a great burger I believe has to taste great in these 3 categories. I will post pre-photos and the after math photos. Well this is all for now. Have to prepare.
